I am trying to get in touch with Jason Rodriguez with Southern Screen Inkstitute. Does anyone have his contact info? Thanks in advance.

Screen Printers Beware!!! Jason Rodriguez is scum of the earth! Ripped us off for a little over $20,000. I really don't even know where to begin. We thought we were purchasing a 2007 automatic press. Jason sent us pictures of a beautiful looking press. Included in the $20,000 we were supposed to receive a full installation and training from Jason. Here is what ended up happening:
The press ended up looking nothing like the pictures Jason sent us. The press ended up being pieced together from 4 different years none of which were 2007. Jason couldn’t get the press running so the install and training never happened. He then stopped answering the phone. Then he stopped answering email and all forms of communication.*
During this process we discovered online that Jason Rodriguez is a serial conman. All you need to do is google search 'Jason Rodriguez screen printing' and there are literally dozens of articles about this crook. Unfortunatley we wired Jason the money up front. The guy sure could talk the talk. Jason came off as a nice genuine guy but he turned out to be a pathological liar and manipulating scam artist.
I tracked down the guy who sold Jason the press and his name was Matthew. Matthew was a very nice guy and cooperated with me since I told him how bad we got screwed. I found out that Matthew sold the press to Jason for $7500 and made it clear to Jason that the press was never set up and has not run for at least three years. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Jason told us that the press was in perfect working order and we "wouldn’t need to put another dime into it." THE NERVE!
I have never met anyone quite like Jason Rodriguez. We got lawyers involved but Jason has no assets. He has been doing this for over a decade in the screen printing industry and he knows how to get away with murder. His company is registered under his wife's Dana's name. He lives with his step mom and does not own the house. He has filed bankruptcy several times and operates under different business names and alias's. He has even mimicked other legitimate business's names in order to look like he is an extension or division of another company.*
I am posting on all the t-shirt/screen printing forums about this guy because I want to prevent this from happening to other business’s.*

There was a very long thread about Jason on this forum not too long ago but I think it got culled along with a bunch of other stuff. What sucks the most about that thread for you is that I believe it had Jason's contact info on it.

Did you have a number for him at one time and it no longer works or do you need just a number period?

Well Doesn't that tell you something? He has been dodging so many people lately, he thinks you are another unhappy client. I saw him on earlier today, so he is around in the shadows. He has several names - inkstitute and he hides under a woman's name. Rock chick or something like that.

I did a search and It is Dixiechick. I knew it was something with chick. Jason signed on under Dixiechick last week. She used to work for him, she left and he kept her screen name. He wrote a response on a press he sold and had trouble with it and he signed his name under her screen name.

Rock Chick has nothing to do with Jason Rodriguez. I am the operations manager of a contract screen print and embroidery company in Pennsylvania. I recently purchased a Printex. Get your story straight. Funny how before I was not a real person, just someone Robert made up, and now I'm some other guys alias. You "BLUE" guys are all the same!

I made my correction in post 7. It is Dixie Chick that Jason Hides under.

Thanks Jason. No problem, not at all your fault. Love my Printex, it's running great. Always a learning curve with something new, especially since I have always run M&R, but a good press just the same.

I contacted "Dixiechick" about coming to see an Amscomatic folder in operation before purchase.
The explanation as to why I could not was because there was no power in the building.

I went to M&R website to check out the Amscomatic folders
110 volt - 9 amps
You think if he wanted to sell it he would have rented a small Honda Generator or hooked up a smalle inconvertor to his car.

If you see Dixiechick, Southern Screen Inkstitute, or Jason Rodriguez or whatever his name is tomorrow you better run. There are too many chasing him for this to be over exaggerated.

I have a pc that I leave on most of the time and stay logged in on. That's why you see us on most of the time. Dixiechick used to work for me and I kept her username because people were still responding to it. That's all! And for TonyPeP yes I did tell you that the amscomatic folder bagger was in south ga. and that the power to the building was turned off. I knew this equipment from the previous owner and it worked just fine at that time a year ago. I ended up selling it into Mass. for less than I would have sold to you. Just because I could. I don't really know you but yet you still want to throw rocks at me from peachtree industrial. You seemed like a nice enough guy from our first meeting a few years back. You even told me that you helped formulat Wilflex's Oasis discharge inks after being a long time user of Matsui's water based/ and discharge inks. I thought that was pretty kwel and how you had just moved back from the Bahamas to Atlanta.

Wrong!
If you log on at 6:30 am it will stay showing 6:30 all day unless you click on a thread and it will change to the time of your last action.

To be fair to Jason we only met once, briefly and it was a pleasant exchange. But then the stories you hear I mean wow! Of course there are always two sides. I did not know at the time you were Dixiechick but I would never, ever buy a used Amscomatic without operating it first. Just thought it was odd. Even nice guys get a little mischievious now and then but since this is is none of my business I will refrain in the future.

I said Rock Chick by mistake, I could barely remember, but I corrected myself and said Dixie Chick. I can understand using her name for a couple of weeks to close out her sales.
But you my friend are using her name trying to under mind people and make them feel more secure because they think they are buying from a woman. That is because you have about ruined your name in the business. You buy things sight unseen and them sell them as one thing then when someone gets it, it is something else. That is not a way to do business. A good business person would personally inspect the product before he sells it. And let me tell you one thing, It is my business! I might be the next person buying something from someone you are impersonating and if you screw with me, I will be more than PI$$ED

Jason, I challenge you to use your real screen name and sign your name on every post.

This will insure you are trying to redeem yourself.

You don't dictate to me WTF I do. Here is some advice from me to you. PIMP your own equipment and stop hiding under the BLUE and every other username you have. If you really are not RWB then post where your shop is located and who you really are. Tell your Cult Followers to mind their own business as well.

Just a thought it would be wise for all brokers to simply create a signature that is embedded into their profiles so it shows up on any post they make. This way any of this confusion mayhem can be averted. Besides seems like a professional way to conduct your self as a reseller on this site.

BTW I had a transaction with Jason and it went well, nothing bad to say about it.

But ya know I still did not get an answer on who BLUE is and the name of his shop. I'd love to talk with him so he and I can discuss how he can teach me how to buy,sell, and conduct business like he does. I already said that I'm not buying equipment unless I see it or if a certified tech can go in and verify for at least 1 hour an automatic running to see if it needs work since everyone who is selling says it's in perfect working condition. You know I don't mind replacing parts that are not working. I factor that into the cost just like anyone who buys and sells equipment. Whether you buy from a broker or a owner its used. If the owner takes care of his equipment correctly it makes deals go a lot easier. If they say they have kept it running in good condition and they really havn't then that's when problems happen. Guy in Michigan has a press for sale. I may have a customer that is wanting a press 1st timer going from manual to auto. There is a learning curve on every auto when coming from a manual press as you all know. When I sell the press to my guy it gets there and is not completely running right or is missing a flash, or pallets ect. That was my main problem and dealing with certain techs they want a cut of the sale as well. But, there are some really good techs out there Steve Vermillion is one, Bannon Mullins (Spot Color Supply), Mark Herman, Brian from Printex. In this economy most folks have $10k-$20k to spend on used equipment. Now there are folks that will only buy new which is great for the Industry as a whole. Whether its Anatol, MHM, M&R, Workhorse, Lawson, Brown, Printex, Mustang, RPM, you all know what I'm saying. This equipment will definitely cost more new that's why they want to buy used. Any auto's that I buy and bring in will be gone through thoroughly by a person who has 40 years experience from the manufacturing side and from a print shop ownership side. Anyone who would like to see it up and running can travel to see it or we can Skype/YouTube it for the potential buyer. I will even do this for equipment I'm brokering.

That being said I have an 8/10 Sportsman E that I'm selling for a customer. I do have 2 videos of the press in operation. Price is $35k they have a Cayanne flash as well for $3,500
It has full set of squeegees and floodbars, 1million impressions, full set of adult, youth, and sleeve pallets. If interested please feel free to email or private message.

At least I finished school, High school and college, but the only school you went to is the one
for learning how to Con people. That's something I sure as hell don't do, But almost all the people here in the South who know or have heard of you, want nothing to do with you and will never let you in their place of business. As a matter of fact most people were hoping that you fell of the face of the earth, because they haven't seen you here lately. But alas one can only hope for little miracles, like you ending up in jail where you belong.
For a long long time. I'm sure that the day of your trial there would be a whole lot of ex-customers coming out to testify against you, and there would be a giant roar from the crowd when they find you guilty of grand theft on all counts and sentence you to at least 15 years in jail. And I could just picture driving down a Georgia road and there you are on a
Georgia prison road gang along side the road. That would make a lot of people really happy.
So before you end up like that I suggest you get out of this state and move on to another Con, because you wore this one out.:mad:
