Works great and runs very smoothly. We print high-end 4-color process, sim process & tight registration runs on it all the time. It's a beast of a machine and knocks out 1000-piece runs very quickly. Can throw in additional pallets if needed. Have 22" wide, additional 16" wide, 12" wide, 10" wide, 8" wide & 4" wide pallets available.

Question? On FORMULA 5070 press the print pallets remain in 1 position print heads all come down together? correct ? and dont come up to meet print screens ; unlike the challengers or guantlets which I have owned, correct?
The only air that is needed is for the squeege chop?

For this machine, each head’s screen holder comes down to meet the shirt. The pallets do not move up. Only the head that is turned on to print will lower though, not all heads every time. The floodbars do not go up and down but the squeegees do.
You will need a large air compressor though. All heads, choppers, and carousel locking bearing run on air as well as the screen locking holders. Machine will not run without adequate air supply. You can see all of this info at the below link under the 5070 14/16 section.
