I have a lightly used pneumatic embroidery hooper from Campus Chalet. It's a great little machine that we don't use much. Our embroiderer prefers manually hooping. It was a huge help when I developed tennis elbow.
They are currently for sale for $2500, aski $1200 for this one. Buyer pays shipping.
