Job Summary:

Our in-house capabilities, including screen-printing and embroidery, global sourcing, and storage and fulfillment, allow customers to benefit from increased flexibility, lower costs and faster turnarounds.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to be responsible for completing and documenting quality control processes throughout multiple stages of production. Manages the inspection and testing of finished products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Proposes corrective actions to improve compliance with quality specifications. Recommends new or improved quality control methods, procedures, and/or standards You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.
An ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products meet client expectations. Customer satisfaction is imperative in being successful as a business.
This role will report directly to the Production Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Manage up to 70 subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Auditors will be responsible for completing and documenting the following:
• Strike Offs / First Piece Inspections
• Inline Inspections
• Garment Measurements
• Graphic Inspections
• Final Random Inspections
Other tasks include but are not limited to:
• Heat tapping graphics
• Applying Foil to garments
Required Skills/Abilities:
Auditors are required to demonstrate:
• Proficiency in English both in reading and writing
• A high attention to detail
• Proficiency in measuring in the USCS
• A consistent level of high quality work
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (opening browsers, completing online forms, creating folders)
Auditors are preferred to demonstrate:
• Background knowledge of screen printing techniques and terminology
• An understanding of the concept of tolerance
• Bilingualism in Spanish and English
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree desirable; a combinations of relevant experience and education will be considered.
• 5 years experience in the screen printing industry or related manufacturing. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to work with the production staff.
