2008 SWF 1501 - Serviced regularly but used very little. I have a drapery business and was trying to add on services but just ended up using machine maybe once a week.
Has hat attachment that has been used by Bill Garvin once to show me how to do it and then I never used it. Also has the extra table top attachment that has never been used.
Lot of backing included - have two sets of all standard hoops that come with machine but missing the back of one of the 15 - got lost in a move I think.
Single head - runs great and will post pictures or send if interested.
I live in Nashville, TN and will drive up to 75 miles to meet or deliver.
Looks like it is brand new because of the little use.
I have lots of thread, backing, and and monogram wizard software too
