Complete shop for sale, located at 2380 Rockaway Industrial Blvd., Conyers, GA 30012. Will piece items out, or sell en masse. All items listed (except for Texair electric oven, NuArc 40-1K exposure unit, and Toyota 1-head embroidery machine) are currently installed and operational. Shop is contained within an extremely nice 10,000 (approximate) sq. ft. production building and 6,000 sq. ft. storage building. Both of these buildings are for sale or lease. If in addition to the equipment you would also like to buy/lease the production building (or entire 16,000 sq. ft. facility), you could save tens of thousands of dollars on equipment installation, air lines, electricity, lighting and finishing. AUTOMATIC PRESSES

• M&R Gauntlet Revolver 8-color/10-station automatic press, with IR flash, full set of [10] adult pallets, squeegees, floodbars and accessories. $20,000.
