Advice on marketing

Hi,
I own a textile shop in the center of the town. But, due to the lack of promotions, my sales are not up to expectation. I started this shop 2 years back and the store is not getting the profit that I expected. I came to know, this can be rectified by promoting my shop through banners. but I have no idea about any printing companies.
I have discussed with the nearby shop owners and they suggested me to visit this service provider in Toronto. Please tell me more about them.
