Bernina - reload old software

My wife has a Bernina Artista 200 that she bought new in I believe 2004-2005. She has not used it in several years and the desk top that had all of her software is long gone. Our new computer has Windows 11, and I cannot load the software from the CD's that came with the machine. I have installed the dongle, but the CD drive just flashes a few times and then nothing. The PC does not even show the USB CD drive existing. I tested the drive with other discs and it is working properly. How do I reload the software?
