My company is looking for a digitizing program, and I am the designated researcher and would love if you could help me!
We are an accessories manufacturer and are often using all over prints and/ or placement screen print graphics to adorn our products. Currently we are trying to introduce embroidery as a surface embellishment. We want to have more control over the graphic use of embroidery in our samples by directing the mill on what type of stitch to use, what length and so forth.
We are not looking to transfer a graphic to an embroidery machine in house, rather, we want to have a program that will allow us to visualize embroidery/ surface embellishments on screen. Also looking to get better representation of embroidery in our CADs before sending off to our factories.
Though it is easy to emulate stitching in a graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator. Is there a program, or plug-in out there that can digitally represent detailed embroidery? We would like to have stitch types available to us with a simple drop down menu vs. manually drawing them out.
