Can any one help? I need a MAC, hat press, & sublimation

I have a Dell that just fryed. I need a MAC asap I have had my last prob with PCs. I would like a laptop with a desktop dock but for the right price I will make do with about anything.
I also need a hat press I would like one with a cap clamp but anyone will do
also would like a sublimination set up.
Please let me know what you have
