Tuf Javelin Valve Question

Anyone familiar with the Tuf Javelin machines? Got one that is running fine. Then the table stops going up and it blows air from the muffler connected to the table-up-valve/locator-valve unit.

I have removed the lines to make sure there wasn't any moisture. But before I replaced the Table Up Valve I wanted a second opinion.

My Javelin does this as well, usually on the first table up after firing it up. Did you figure out what the issue was?

I did.

I actually went through and replaced all the valves in the lower half. I found them fairly inexpensive and replaced lines as well. Spent about $120 and a couple hours.

I also added a particulate filter and oilier right before the twin vales for the table.

But to answer the main question, I discovered one of the three round cylinder valves that lift the table would stick allowing air to bypass through the muffler. You can unhook the top line one at a time and run the press to figure out which one is doing it. We ran this way for many weeks with one line unhooked while waiting for the time to clean the valve and it never missed a beat.
