Job description: Contract Apparel Decorator Acquisition Specialist

ARES Sportswear, a leader in team apparel is looking for individuals to help us amplify our production through strategic collaborations. We're seeking a Project Manager with deep insights into the screenprint and embroidery industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify Partners: Utilize industry expertise to pinpoint potential screenprint and embroidery contractors.

2. Questionnaire Development: With our team, help refine a brief questionnaire assessing partner suitability.

3. Database Creation: Construct a streamlined database for decision-making, capturing contractor data and responses.

4. Engage Partners: Contact potential partners across specified regions via PHONE and email.

5. Project Oversight: Ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven Project Manager experience, ideally in custom apparel.

- Deep knowledge of screenprint and embroidery industry.

- Strong vendor coordination skills.

- Communication and negotiation prowess.

- Database and spreadsheet expertise.

- Ability to handle tight deadlines.

Duration: Approximately 2-4 weeks with more available projects upon completion. This should become an ongoing gig with fluctuating hours as we grow our need. Currently we are looking for 6 outsource partners.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
