We are selling our American Texair Gas/Electric Dryer. It's a 48" belt width, 10' heat chamber, 5' infeed and outfeed. This particular dryer uses 2 stages to cure the substrates, a convection-type jet air knife using gas and the second stage utilizes radiant heat panels. This dryer will cure plastisol ink at a rate of approximately 1500 pieces an hour, and waterbase/discharge at around 300-400 pieces an hour. We run our auto at 1000-1100 pieces an hour on occasion and this dryer keeps up easily. You have control over the gas temp, the radiant panel temp, and the belt speed and you can also turn off the radiant panels and run the dryer with just the gas portion so that you can save on electricity. It is a beast and still has plenty of life left in it for some lucky shop.
We are asking $3500. I will break the dryer down as far as possible but I don't really know how to crate something like this. I know how I would move it if I were buying it but all that could be worked out prior to shipment.
