All heads work. Machine is clean, it is currently set and running is our shop. The flash unit in included. We have printed 500 shirts an hour on this machine (1 color), and can print 350 shirts an hour running all 7 heads. Old machine, but excellent for those shops that need an extra to run 3, 4, 5 color jobs.
