when starting your company did you go through an ad agency to help with logo design, marketing, collateral materials, advertising?
whether you did or not... when you meet an ad person... please let them know that when forming a design for a client PLEASE keep embroidery in mind. SO many clients come to us as digitizers/embroiderers with designs that SOMEONE created with no CLUE about embroidery!
come on, if you are in the industry you HAVE to realize the standards for business cards, post cards, brochures, hats, shirts, jackets, etc..... 2mm letters? YOU are not a professional, sorry.
