Do you have a FAX machine?

Do you still have a fax machine?
A client just said all they have is paper art... and so they have an actual fax machine where they can scan in the paper and send the image to us... I offered a suggestion of just taking a pic with their phone and emailing it to us... they got offended.

Or they could fax it to my computer... but they insisted we needed to actually have the paper copy... ok, then mail it to me??
