Jun. 30, 2021 We are looking for a Talented and Skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to set up, maintain, operate Barudan machinery. This is a full time position in an employee-centric, family business where your skills and talent are utilized AND appreciated. You’ll ensure an efficient running of production. You must be extremely detailed-oriented with a keen eye for Quality. Quality is our hallmark and our currency. We run Barudan equipment - the best available - all regularly maintained and upgraded. You must have a thirst for education and a desire to improve and grow.
Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, threading etc.) to produce outstanding embroidered product.
Properly Hoop Apparel to prepare for embroidery
Calibrate and test operation of machines periodically
Quality Control & Finishing
Embroider all types of apparel, caps and soft goods
Skills
Proven experience as a machine operator (1 year minimum)
Working knowledge of embroidery machinery and hooping techniques
Understanding of production techniques
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ability to read project instructions
Keen attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Goal Oriented - Self-Directed Preferred
Knowledge of Barudan Equipment Preferred
Desire to learn, grow and advance a plus.
