For Sale. We would like to pursue some other ventures. Shop is very steady, we have most all of the municipalities and organizations in the city. We also do work for local tourist attractions, museums, etc. All of our work has come from word of mouth, could easily double with a salesperson. Building is located in a high traffic, easy to get to location. It is a stand alone building, approx 2500 sq feet. The front is set up as a showroom, the magic happens out back.
