Experienced Press Operator & TEAM Members

The FX Guys is a high volume print shop - printing between 10,000 and 25,000 shirts every week. We are quickly expanding in the North Phoenix valley, and are seeking experienced press operators and hard working individuals to join our TEAM. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up print jobs, operating an automatic press (M&R), and producing high-quality products at a high production rate. Secondary responsibilities include: Screen coating, exposing, reclaiming, press upkeep, mixing inks, unpacking and repacking of shirt boxes, and general shop upkeep. We also kit (polybag) shirts and merchandise for various events around the country, training for this will be provided. Heavy lifting is required.

For Press Operators - we are seeking people who have the following characteristics:

• TEAM Player
• Two-years experience working with an automatic press INCLUDING registering screens
• Experience mixing ink with a Pantone mixing system (Wilflex MX preferred)
• Hard worker, reliable, and arrives to work on time.
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Nedco folding equipment is a plus but not required

We are hiring full time as well as part time. Overtime is also possible.
