flatbed screen printing machine stroke adjustment.

I have Percison flatbed screen printing machine, 25x38 inches printing area. I bought this used. I don't get print with stroke, more then 18 inches, while this should go up to 25 inches stroke. Can someone guide me how to decrease and and increase the the stroke of the the sequeege, vertically. Help please.:o
