Image Branding Group is a screen printing/embroidery company in the Charleston SC area looking for a full-time screen print production manager to handle daily operations, schedule and oversee production teams. Immediate availability an option.
We currently run 4 automatic presses and two manual presses. Embroidery (35 Heads) and Heat Seal (cutter and 4 heat presses) areas are not part of immediate offering, but for the right candidate, the opportunity to manage overall production is a future possibility.

Our markets are diverse as we produce for two Niche market lines (Faith-based market and Sun/sand Resort market) that are sold nationally. We also have a solid B2B business in the region that generates its share of event and Logo business.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of Pre-press and screen making;
• Familiarity with M&R equipment (both operations and basic maintenance.);
• Troubleshooting skills to address issues on the fly;
• Understanding of ink systems. Experience with Water base a big plus (50+% of volume uses it)
• Excellent understanding of color
• Basic Computer competency
• Physical ability to work around machinery and lift up to 60 Lbs.
Basic Daily Responsibilities:
• Schedule, oversee and manage employees
• Coordinate with design and sales departments to schedule all jobs and work to meet deadlines
• Maintain the highest level of efficiency without sacrificing quality;
• Coordinate with management creation/adherence/ enforcement of company policy
• Maintain a safe work environment and exhibit highest commitment to safe work environment
• Train employees – develop a process over time to allow employee growth and career progress;
• Other tasks that may arise in furtherance of company’s service and quality goals.
