We are an innovative screen-printing company that is growing quickly.
We are looking to hire a DAY and an EVENING shift manager to work on and oversee all our printing activities.
You need to have 3+ years of experience running both automatic screen printing presses as well as manual presses.
You need to have great organizational skills, be able to manage a small team of 2-3 printers, and be able to handle/troubleshoot any and all print issues.
Pre-press skills are a strong asset though not required.
Knowledge of Plastisol, Waterbased, Discharge and foil is required.
You need to be able to work efficiently without formal supervision, and solve problems as they arise (this is screen printing problems will always arise.)
We are a small, but rapidly growing company and there is plenty of room for improvement for the right candidate.
