Help i am new to this and printing is wrong

i am new to both photoshop and sublimation. my stuff is printing out light black. i have a ciss system. do i choose "photoshop manages printing" or "printer manages printing"? also, di i chiose cmyk or rgb? i know the printer is cmyk, but im confused.
ANY THOUGHTS? also, i cleaned the nozzles.
