Typical steps For the Reclaim Process:
Card excess ink at the press, remove the tape from frames
Apply emulsion remover and allow to dwell for 30 seconds
Place screen on the conveyor, run through Autoblaster/ARS
Inspect the screen; if there is a ghost image on the screen, continue
Apply liquid ghost image remover, brush on the ink well side of the screen, and allow to dwell
Place screen on the conveyor, run through Autoblaster/ARS
