Growing local and national brand looking for an experienced screen press operator to head up our apparel printing operations. This is a small but growing operation that is located in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. We are close to the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and St. Louis, and have nationally recognized public schools.
What this position requires:
- Proficiency on automatic and manual presses
- Experience in all types of screen printing including spot color, simulated process and 4 color process designs
- Experience in all aspects of screen prep
- Ability to lead and teach others the skill sets involved in screen printing
- Ability to assist in development and implementation of a production schedule
- Willingness to work overtime (up to 10 hours weekly) during peak seasonal demands (all overtime compensated as required by law)
- Excellent team skills (must play well with others)
