"The DC 510 is a compact die cutting machine for non-secure cards. It is operated by means of an excenter hydraulic motor. The machine is semi-automatic; i.e. the operator is to feed the machine manually with the sheets to be punched. The registration in y-direction is also manually with the help of two laser pointers which have to cover printed crosses on the sheet for the right position. Once this is OK, the operator tips a foot switch and the sheet is processed automatically. After the punching the web is brought out of the machine automatically and the cards are stacked on to a conveyor to be taken away manually.
This machine is a very compact device requiring no extra cabinet and/or special requirements for installation. It may be very interesting for non-secure-card manufacturers and / or starters."
