I make a serious mistake when tracing a previous design with new hoop change (from 14x12 inch to fast clamp) The collision hit the needle head of the guide rail and all needles dropped down to the bottom. I managed to disassemble the needle head and reinstall needle and attached the head the the guide rail and the needle functioning again with an issue. The needle now is off the center hole by 2 mm. I guessed then the fast clamp colliding with the needle head, it changes the head alignment and pushing it forward 2 mm. How do I reposition the head back to its original position
place.
Please advise me. I remember I read somewhere its relates to the belt system. in the worst case, I will call a Melco tech but I would try first.
Thanks.
