M&R D-SCAN Scanning LED Screen Exposure System w/Stand

D-Scan is NuArc's scanning UV LED screen exposure system for images generated by computer-to-screen (CTS) systems). Users simply snap a CTS-generated screen frame into D-Scan’s vertical screen mounting system, select the appropriate settings, and press start to expose the emulsion by sending M&R’s ExpoScan™ high-output UV LED light source scanning across the screen. M&R’s UV LEDs run cooler, save energy costs, reduce screen exposure time, and speed up production.

D-Scans expose direct, capillary, and indirect emulsions. D-Scan's light bar speed controller ensures highly accurate screen exposures and fast exposure times on screen frames up to 66 x 109 (26" x 43"). D-Scan UV LED screen exposure units can be located in areas housing unexposed screens because the UV LED light source is enclosed. D-Scan functions as a standalone unit with the floor stand.
