This M&R model has been our full-time auto press since 2008. We regularly printed 5 & 6 Color Pantone and Simulated Process jobs on this press. It has done a great job with minimal down time for “unexpected” repairs. It has been well maintained in our facility and ran anywhere from 4 to 10 orders per shift, daily. The impression count on the press is: 2,563,000 as of 11/20/2013.
The machine has a fresh console battery installed November 2013. It is equipped with a full set of standard shirt pallets 16” x 22”; with a maximum print limit to 15” x 17”. It also includes a complete set of squeegee and flood bars, as well as M & R’s optional shirt detector. This Revolver model has Front & Rear micro registration. The “Rear” registration is an add-on for this model series. The M&R Revolver series package allows you up to 9 rotations with different heads printing (on/off) to accomplish multi-layers print effects. The press operates on 110V Power, 1-Phase, 5 AMP circuit.
We currently use M&R’s Omni retractable flash in our 2nd print unit for flashing shirts and also have a horizontal air compressor to feed the pneumatic lift and heads. These pieces of equipment are not available for sale and will remain for our new M&R Press that installs in late December 2013.
Technical support, parts, training and installation is available for this machine. We have printed up to 400 shirts per hour, on a light colored shirt, utilizing a feeder/helper with this machine.
