I recently purchased the us cutter mh 751 from my friend but when I want to cut, it doesn't do anything at all(the computer does not register that the cutter is plugged in). I am using signblazer elements and windows vista. I am new to this so if anyone with experience can tell me how to fix this problem I would appreciate it.
