I am Cheri and I just started an embroidery business. I have a day job as well, and that's totally ok with me! I enjoy doing my embroidery jobs in my spare time, hence the business name... :D
Mostly everything I've tacked so far has been figure-out-able. I have been embroidering for 20+ years, and finally decided it's time I start accepting all the offers I get for embroidery jobs. Extra money is great and it also pays for nicer equipment...
I have all the legal stuff done, now I am in the process of building the actual shop, site and deciding on what to offer and what to lose.
I focus mainly on hats and shirts, outerwear, mostly logos for businesses.
I started learning digitizing 18 mos ago, that has opened up so many opportunities!
Nice to meet new embroiderers and I hope to learn alot from the forum!
