The last 3 shipments I have received from Madeira have been missing items. They are all coming out of Auburn. They continue to tell me their inventories are corrects but why would I lie about a $6 cone of thread. They ship me another one for free but told me last time it was noted on my account. Which made me absolutely furious!! Has anyone else had similar problems? Thinking maybe someone is skimming and passing it on to me.
