Cleaning the ink out of the screens is a pain in the neck. What do some of you do? I have been using a spray bottle and rag which I hate. I use a dip tank for removing emulsion which works great I just want to speed up and simplify the reclaiming process. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Re: Cleaning Screens
The dip tank solution i use takes off ink and emulsion
When removing ink with out a dip tank i scrape off as much ink as i could off the screen first, and ill use old cut up Tshirts as my rags. then i use paint thinner to remove the ink. it works wonders.
People say not to use paint thinner because of the screens sake and how it wears out the mesh..
ive been useing it for years and havent ran into any problems yet!

Re: Cleaning Screens
What solution do you use in your dip tank? Also how long do you leave the screens in?
Thanks
