I have the Freedom 6 colors 8 station with 2 flashback on it.
Every time the flash back go in and out it leave the gray mark on the shirts.
My customer return about 50 pcs and is really noticeable.
I try to speed up the flashback but still see the mark where is make the return point.
any suggestion would be appreciate!:confused:

what kinda mark? is in in a line like something is dragging? or is it all over the shirt?

Nothink is dragging. the heat on flashback making that mark.

Is it scorching the shirts? Maybe the flash is to close to the shirt, flashing to long. What color were the shirts?

Ok! I fond exact problems.
The squeeze presser is leaving the mark.
Some guy told me I should have some ruber pads on the metal table.
I'm using the sticker paper on the table now but I still see the mark.
any idea?
