Just looking for a quick pointer on this..
never printed this area of the sweatpant yet.. im printing a little 2 color icecream cone on the front of the sweatpant, near the pocket region.. i dont know what youd call a print like that haha.

I have a feeling im going to have such a tough time alineing the white underbase and the other 2 colors. how big should i make this art?
ill attach the art templated on a tshirt

GW,

Watch your heat...just flash enough to make tacky...
Spray lots of adhesive....
These 2 things will help your sweats not move out of reg.

Now for your sizing...its up to you.

If you want to use your sleeve platen then under 4 probably. I just did a big run in the same location using my youth pallet. I made sure my design was over from center, and made sure the pockets were pulled out...and out of the way.....Ended up just the way we planned. We went 5.5 inches on that design and was perfect. Ours was a different shape of a design...but I would say on yours about 5-6 inches tall.

Off contact will need to be adjusted higher.

And looking at your design I would use a 230 base screen and 156 for the other 2 colors to go on top.. On an auto..
