FastRip pro 8 problem

I don't know if anyone had trouble like this..
simply this is what the problem is.
when i try to print, fastrip program opens then all works fine (printer is epson 4000)
and even printer is working but no ink(no print) on my film or paper.
so i did test print without the fast rip and it prints fine.
but when i try to print with fastRip, i see the printer head is moving properly and all works
fine but no ink on my paper..
do you know what i mean?
so i uninstalled drivers for printer and fastrip program, then i re-installed but same result..
if this ever happened to you, please let me know
