I'm not familiar w/ DTG is it a raptor? Does this machine use bulk ink? Were u dissatisfied? I'm lookin into buying a new or used garment printer for unique tshirt artdesigns. A very small business.

sorry, not sure, believe it's called a kiosk. the ink comes in bottles, are few are included the price as well as a child's and an adult size pallet. the machine is pretty heavy. we used a serviceman from mesa dist. to install and set it up. the quality of the print on both light and darks is good but the setup time is too slow for me. i'd rather use a heat transfer machine though the washability is not as good as the dtg. we a 30 year old company that screen prints, embroiders, cad cuts, lazer cuts, and uses digital transfers. we have recently purchased the 2 pallet brother. that system shows to be quicker, but understand the machine along with needed periphials about 80 grand. in any case if interested you would be advised to hire Jose the fix it tech (originally from mesa) to move and install it.
