THE LEASE IS $1440 PER MONTH APPROX 30 MONTHS REMAINING ON THE LEASE :
or you do have the option to buy out the lease
all items we attained in oct 2007 .. are in near new condition and run excellent:
the warehouse space is $1200 per month utilities included...
and yes i will sub out all my current print work to you...
im relocating to phoenix and it will be too expensive to move the shop ...
