Dtg HM-1 for sale/custom lease/owner financing

I had my dtg hm-1 for sale or lease takeover a while back, and unfortunately do to the economy it was difficult for the new party to get approved to assume the lease. I have since bought out my lease and so i am able to offer a few purchase options.

(1) The first option is to buy the machine outright for $9500.

(2). The second option is to purchase and i will provide owner financing at a reasonable rate.

(3). The third option is i will offer a custom lease with a competitive payment. My lease was $600/month, and i am willing to negotiate a lower payment.

I recently bought out the lease for just over $13,000 in December. The machine has never been heavily used, and has spent the last several months cleaned out and in storage. There have never been any issues with the machine and i have been very happy with it. I just don't have tihe time to keep up with th work. I purchased the dtg hm1 locally, brand New in january of 2008, and with many upgrades which will be included in this deal. The following will be included:

(1) Dtg HM-1
(2) cartridge system upgrade
(3) two adult plattens
(4) one child platten
(5) two sleeve pla tens
(6) rip pro software
(7) corral draw
(8) digital templates
(9) hatronix heat press
(10) humidifier
(11) american apparel,hanse, and gilden assorted blank shirts.

I need to find the actual name of the digital templates and will update it asap.
