Printing on Coraplast

Sounds funny but you have a static charge occurring when the mesh releases from the coroplast so ink scatters. Usually occurs when the ink gets thicker and the weather is dry.
We used tack rags to eliminate static and clean the sheets as well. Also grounded the press more with tinsel. I believe nazdar has an anti-static additive for their inks.

If you go with uv inks, this for most part goes away. Not fun printing with air dry inks.

Plastic especially coroplast likes to attract stray electrons causing static.
Some people use anti-static bars mounted on their press.

Try using a Gell reducer, it will reduce the viscosity and help with the webbing.
Also try spraying your print area with static guard from your local store it helps.
Dry Winter air always will cause more static in the air.
