What is the biggest size you can embroider? I do lots of patches and my Babylock only does up to 7-1/4" wide x 10" tall. I need to go up to 10-1/4" x 12". Any machine suggestions???

You might look at Toyota's. Sewing field for the 9100 is approx 14"x20" standard. With an optional attachment, it can go up to 14"x40". There's plenty of specialty attachments for it and also a patch attachment that might interest you: http://www.pantograms.com/uniforms.asp

The new Brother 1000 has a 14"x14" frame. If you're looking to upgrade, that's certainly the one I would get. Who can resist a machine that says "hello" by blinking at you? And no, I don't sell them. I'm in a cheaper market myself. ;)
