Looking for compressor air dryer

Need about 25 cfm.Nothing old or beat up.Location(prefer south east),age and price.Looking for a dryer only,do not need a compressor.

I saw this one on ebay. 21cfm?? Not a bad price for new! New= Good Old=Bad
Can ship too.
