Used equipment to liquidate!

United States

Over the past 6 months I have bought out several small shops in the Eastern US. I have acquired pieces of equipment that I do not plan to use and would like to clear out of my shop. All equipment is located in Mansfield, Ohio. I may be able to assist with delivery within reason.

Atlas BR24M 4 color, 2 station Bench top printer.

This press is in excellent condition. It was bought by an embroidery shop that wanted to start doing there own printing which never worked out. It sat in a storage unit for approx 3 years until I bought their equipment from them. It also has a very unique table built for it that lets the press's legs sit down into the table and it holds the press VERY stable. The table is built like a tank! The gas lifters really could be replaced. They are just shot from sitting for so long in the compressed position. They are $19 per arm from Atlas. This press has micro adjustments also. One of the micro screws was broke when they were helping load it and they struck the door frame with the knob. You can buy these 3 at a time from atlas for $55. It has one standard Adult pallet and one women's / youth pallet. They adjust in and out very easily. This is a great alternative to some of the cheaper entry level table top presses out there these days. It retails for $2195 and more info can be found here... http://www.atlasckg.com/printers/BR24M/index.html It is currently in storage in my supply room but I can easily take pictures of any aspect of the machine that you might need me too. I am asking $500 for this press with the table included. Pics should be attached below.

The next press I have is an older Richardson 4 color / 1 station. I really like the way this press is built. It really needs someone to take the time and go through it and clean it up and re grease everything. It operates smoothly. The small pads on the bottom of some of the screen clamping screws are missing and I am not sure where you could get such a part. It includes an a adult platen, youth platen and a sleeve / leg platen each of which appear to be original to the press and in great condition. The previous owner appears to have never cleaned this thing! The metal base has a few cracks in the metal and if I were going to keep it I would re-enforce it with some angle iron. It is a nice compact press that appears to be built VERY well. If anyone has any info on Richardson presses please feel free to post it! I have no idea what this thing is worth. Make me an offer. Worse case scenario I will rebuild it and use it for simple stuff when the big presses are loaded up with multicolor jobs. It takes up no room the way it is built.

I also have a vacuum top Fluorescent tube type exposure unit. It is obviously older but is actually very nice. The company name on the tag is V.N.H. Industries, Rochester NY. It holds up to a 20 X 24 screen perfectly. The rubber mat has a small tear along one edge that the previous owner had a simple piece of packing tape on, about 2 inches in length, and the unit holds vacuum perfectly. It has separate power switches for the lights and the vacuum unit. The inside bottom of the unit, below the bulbs, appears to have had a mirrored plate on it which looks to have been broken some time ago. I was planning to take the remnants out tomorrow and clean it up. I could easily cut another piece to place in it. All the bulbs work and are linked to a timer which shuts them off automatically. The timer has three digits each with a push button above and below it. A couple of the buttons are broke but you can just use the opposite button and cycle through the digits until it is back to zero. I have no need for this unit as I have my Harco unit and I am looking to move up to an MSP 3140 very soon. I can tell you that the typical units out there at some online places are not built anything like this. The gas lifters work perfectly and the glass is nice and clean. Similar units are well over $1000 new. Make me an offer.

I also have a very nicely built screen drying / storage unit I would like to get out of my way. It is approx 4ft X 8ft. One side has two doors that open and it has racks for 7 screens. The spacing is 28 inches apart on the rack. It has a fan that blows across an enclosed light bulb to provide some air movement and heat. The other side has two doors and can house approx 10-25 screens in an upright position. Whoever built it did a very nice job but there is ink just slopped all over it! Could be easily cleaned and painted and be a very nice set up if you use a screen with a 28 inch dimension either way.

I will post up some other things as I sort through all of this stuff. I know I now have 5 flash dryers also ranging from 16 X 16 up to 20 X24 and I will be selling off some of them.

I'm interested in the atlas press. Do you know if it would accommodate a vacuum palate. Either way, is it still available?

Still available and I think that atlas does have a vacuum set up for these press arms. I will check as soon as I get done with the run of shirts that I am doing.

Richardson press has now found a great new home in Michigan!

As far as shipping the exposure unit that would be a tough one! I am sure I would have to build some type of crating for it. It is very heavy!

Hi,
What you asking for the vacuum top exposure unit? I live in chicago but I'm willing to pay for shipping if the price is right.
Thanks
