Dual cure emulsion will clear that up. In the future, bear in mind that river street is in a port.

Yes it is...it is also my most favorite place to watch young drunk people in their high heels fall all over the place due to the cobble stones...and i actually used FRANMAR and all FRANMAR products to cure that itch...then i ran it thru the dryer...a little warm but still soothing :)

I've got it running now, I will work on the plumbing, but for testing it runs fine as far as table up goes. Now it just needs some other little tweaks here and there. Sounds like a lot of air coming out somewhere when it tables up. Head 5 is the only one not printing, although air clamps work, flash doesn't shuttle yet, but we'll figure it all out...Haven't had much time to mess with it today...

Check it out..How can you try and run an automatic with a small air hose (the same as used on most construction sites to run nail-guns)...a half inch hose with cuplings attached to mate hose to machine and same to compressor...I got thinking about this on way home, and it made perfect sense...the press is great, level as heck, and down right a pretty piece of machinery...but it was screaming the whole time!!! FEED ME MORE AIR!!!!!! now the only way to reach the same amount of airflow into the regulator of the press without buying a 2inch hose, would be to put a splitter at regulator and at compressor that would allow you to add another half inch hose..The JAVELIN is just hungry for more air in order to wake-up :)

Call me if any questions...it is a simple problem...ill see if I can shoot down there Saturday morning if I am in town... 770-315-9972

Yes ... But ... It all is based on the speed in which you use the machine CFM (cubic feet per minute) ... Volume changes as speed increases

That being said...im sure the JAV was set to run on a larger hose than the one installed.

Yes they did...except one was giving us trouble..and that can be solved when proper air flow introduced...see the table lifted to begin with then it seemed to lose power..IE we kept messing with it running print heads etc not allowing it to charge lift master cylinder...
