Looking for digitizer service with a State of New Jersey Business Cetificate to supply digitizing services to New Jersey university. Must accept standard payment terms: Blanket purchase order will be issued to vendor to invoice against for payment of multiple orders, no credit cards will be used. If you are currently not registered with the State of New Jersey you must do so to be considered.
