Go to a Bread delivery warehouse.
They have some that will work for free or very little money, if you talk to them right.
And most of the time its only the wheels that are messed up.

Or goto home depot and buy some skrews, one by one and a saw...tape measure...BAM!!! $50.00 later and you got a drying rack...two box fans on the side...BAM $100 Drying rack with built in FANS!!!

Don't forget you can cut them in the middle and make it bigger or smaller.

You can cut them down the center and make them wider. Most you can slip 3/4" L or M copper tubing into the square tube as an extension then use pop rivets to secure.

you can also check out pizza places or bakery of the market. That is where I have gotten some. good luck
