Anybody got a good solution for the spalsh back from washing out and cleaning screens? My washout sink has a hood at the top that is suppose to help out with this problem but a lot of water splashes back and ends up making a mess around the washout sink. My screen printing area is tight and next to my retail area and I end up tracking the mess back and forth. I thought about taking some clear plastic and wrapping around the sink and then cutting like a curtain slit down the middle to access it or maybe several slits.
Anybody got a good solution to this?

Re: washout sink mess
Build channels around the edges of your washout bay, so the shape from front to back looks like: [___] Get 3-4 of inches all round so you're effectively channeling the water back into the sink instead of projecting it out toward you. Make sure your screen/frame is suspended off the bottom of the washout as well, this alone cuts out a fair bit of splash, I have a rectangular piece of aluminum grate suspended with a few bricks.
You won't completely eliminate water being ejected out the front toward you, you can minimize it and improve on a big open hole though.
