Screenprinting on other substrates

I am printing shirts right now, but what about other stuff. Like vinyl, paper, or other plastics? Is it only a matter of ink? Or do you need special screens, emulsion, ect. Also, how would you cure these other media? I don't see running a PSA Vinyl through my dryer working out too good, I guess unless I run it really fast on the lowest heat setting.

NazDar makes inks for vinyl and most anything else, even glass. It is air dry ink so no need in firing up the ole' power sucker. You can find a full line of NazDar products from Tube-Lite. As far as screens go, you might need to have a tighter mesh (something like a 220 or 300) for the more fluid inks, but the emulsion for plastisol will work just fine.
Once upon a time, I screened circuit boards for X-Ray machines. Plain Ulano emulsion is all I used.
