lawson press platen alignment

I purchased a Lawson 6 color 4 station HD XL press. It is in very good condition except when I align artwork on the platens. If you center the artwork on one platen and print and it is say 1" from the left edge on the next platen it is printing off the edge of the platen.

It appears that two of the platens are about in the same place and the other two are in a different place. I have read the manual and think maybe the issue is in the adjustment on the registration bearings but not sure. I hate to start messin with it if I am messin with the wrong adjustments. Anyone have any ideas?

Look at the registration gate and make sure it is lined up straight. I had a problem on a Riley Hopkins 6/4. What I did was burn a screen with center registration marks and then draw a centerline on each platen and make adjustments until your are center on each platen.

Thanks for that, I've got a similar issue so will give that a try.
