We bought the printer and have used it regularly to print large format signs, banners, etc... for clients. Great print quality and a real workhorse. It's' not the fastest printer out there, but operation and maintenance is pretty straightforward. This printer was converted to Eco-Solvent inks with a heater system before we acquired it from another sign shop, also they had the firmware updated so it is the same the Roland SC-500 (they are the very same machine other than a few parts and those parts have been replaced on this printer) This prints and cuts great, the contour cuts are dead on, very fast cutter.

This prints on cheap vinyl and banner material. We run this printer from flexisign v8.1 on a windows 7 computer, Also will run on a older windows. I will include a copy of software color choice printer/cutter I use if winning bidder need .
Roland printer/cutters except the difference is going to be slower print speed and parts cost. This is a 6 color machine which will open up your color gamut and allow for better flesh tones for example verses the 4 color Roland printers. I will tell winning buyer where you can get new print heads for about $199
